Can you introduce yourself?
I’m Karine Delannoy, living nearby Disneyland Paris in a wonderful town named Lagny Sur Marne, where I enjoy my work as a real estate consultant*.
Before joining iad, I was making travel arrangements for groups around the world and I just love paying attention to the wishes of my clients, to find the perfect trip or the perfect property!
Can you tell us more about your job and how do you help foreign buyers?
I can imagine the difficulties of finding a property when you do not know the area, the prices, or you can not move so easily. I will be your eyes, your ears to search, look and find your dream.
For that, we will be in touch as many times as you need to discuss, send photos, videos, facetime when visiting in order for you to immerse yourself in the property we selected.
It will be 18 years since I live in Lagny sur Marne, I know very well each street, little village around. Very available, we can be in touch late in the evening and on the weekend.

Why is Lagny sur Marne and its area attractive to foreign buyers?
My region is very well located : 15 mn from Disneyland, 1O mn from Val d’Europe & La Vallée Village, one of the biggest shopping areas of France with luxury boutiques.
To be in the center of Paris, 40 Mn RER A.
People love this area due to Disneyland, many foreigners come to visit, it’s a wonderful world of joy.
The proximity of la Vallee Village, the fabulous luxury shopping center is also a very attractive place to invest.
There is also nature nearby with “Parrot World” to visit, a golf course with a 9 and 18 holes in Bussy Saint Georges.
Prices can be considered as a good value as you are not in Paris but nearby many things.
What is your favorite place in your area and why?
My favorite place is my own town Lagny sur Marne. It’s a very charming little city with a city heart, a market 3 times a week, small amazing shops, bars, cinema, and a historical story !
The ending word?
I traveled around the world to find the most convenient hotels for my clients. I now travel around my region to find the most lovely property for my foreign clients !
